These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lexi Shopper plugin, SuperColleague plugin, Lexi Robot Telegram bot, and Lexi Robot WhatsApp bot (collectively referred to as "Lexi Services") provided by GarageSpace, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Lexi Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Lexi Services.
Lexi Shopper plugin is a tool that recommends products based on user requests and provides an explanation of why a particular product was recommended. The plugin currently supports Amazon only.
SuperColleague plugin is a tool that executes various AI models to speed up business workflows.
Lexi Robot Telegram bot and Lexi Robot WhatsApp bot offer the same product recommendation functionality as the plugin, along with additional features that allow users to interact with ChatGPT via text and voice in multiple languages.
JeePT is an app that helps JEE aspirants prepare for the exam with the help of AI.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Lexi Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to use the Lexi Services for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling, licensing, or sublicensing the Lexi Services to third parties. You also agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Lexi Services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or discontinue the Lexi Services (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. We may also introduce new features or impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Lexi Services. You agree that we are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, update, or discontinuation of the Lexi Services.
All intellectual property rights in the Lexi Services, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by GarageSpace, Inc. Your use of the Lexi Services does not grant you any ownership or license rights in the Lexi Services, except for the limited license granted in Section 2.
The Lexi Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Lexi Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GarageSpace, Inc., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Lexi Services, whether in an action for breach of contract, negligence, or any other theory of liability, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
